What to Expect as You Start Therapy

  • If this is your first time working with me, you’ll need to reach out to me to request an appointment.

  • Before your first scheduled appointment, you’ll receive a link via email to complete your digital intake paperwork.

  • At your first appointment, there will be time to address any initial questions you may have and to review information from your intake paperwork. Then we’ll work together to outline and prioritize our therapeutic goals and begin to map a path to get there.

  • As we wrap up your first appointment, we’ll schedule your next appointment so that we can begin diving into the work to help you get you to where you want to go.

  • That’s it. Getting started is that simple.
