If we haven’t worked together before, please book a free 15 minute consultation.
If we both decide we want to work together at the end of our consultation, we’ll schedule your first appointment. From there, you’ll receive a link by email to complete your digital intake paperwork before we meet.
During your first appointment, we’ll talk through any questions you may have and I’ll take time to understand what’s going on in your life that might be causing stress. Together, we’ll start to clarify your goals and explore how we can work together to achieve them.
At the end of your first appointment, we’ll schedule the next one so we can dive deeper into the work that will help you move toward the results you’re looking for.
